Apartment Access
- Unable to gain access to your apartment
- Locked out of your apartment
- Issues with your Parking Pass
Internet
- Internet is not functional
Plumbing
- Sewage backups
- Toilet nonfunctional (when only one toilet is in the apartment)
- Water leak of any type
- No running water in the apartment
- No hot water in the apartment
Heating & Cooling
- No heat when the temperature inside the apartment reaches 60 or below
- No cooling when the temperature inside the apartment reaches 80 or above
Appliances
- Refrigerator is not cooling
- Washing machine is leaking
- Dryer is smoking or has a burning smell
Electrical
- No power to your entire apartment
